Please note products need to be returned no later than 30 days from when you received them, to ensure your items, make it to us safely,
We suggest sending via registered post with insurance. Please note you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
If you’re returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
If you are returning an item/s within the return period that has been heavily used (more than 1 pump twice daily max) the refund amount will be worked out based off the weight of remaining product.
We offer a stress-free, seamless 30-day returns process. However, if we notice you have a high returns rate or are purchasing to resell, we may at our discretion refuse or restrict future returns and/or purchases unless the product/s are found to be faulty.
If you have any issues with a product/s that falls outside of the 30-day period we cannot guarantee a refund however we do work on a case-to-case basis regarding returns & refunds after this period.
